On May 11th a real miracle occurred: me, Lucia Del Pasqua, lover of small shops and ateliers, passionate about antique and vintage things, went to the New Mall of Arese – and I loved it. I promise that I am not saying it because I have to, but because I actually like it.
I mean, one of the first things that you see as soon as you enter to the mall is a Bianchi bike shop – I could spend all my money in this place (one of the bikes for sale costs “just” 3000 euro); then there are shops like Lindt, Tiger, as well as a shop with… diapers flower compositions!
There are lots of flowers (real flowers), and even a mini skate park. And food, lots of food.
The real reason that took me to the mall was to take a look at Pellizzari. To be honest, it felt like being the protagonist of a Scottecs video. During my visit I have basically played the role of a Barbie, that is to say I have been trying everything and I had fun creating and combining different outfits.
The first outfit (which is around 250.00 euro) is perfect for everyday; it is comfortable and the shoes that I have chosen add an eccentric yet simple touch. To be fully honest I didn’t manage to stay below 250.00 euro, but I am sure that I could get a 15 euro discount. It would have been impossible to give up on that shirt.
Shirt: Jeckerson 95,00 euro
Trousers: Hello 69,90 euro
Shoes: Guess 100,00 euro
My second outfit is perfect for a business meeting (who said that black is always a good option?), for a lunch date with your boyfriend, or just for a stroll around the city. I love overalls.
Jacket: Persona by Marina Rinaldi
Overall: Week end by Max Mara
Bag: Anna Cecere
Shoes: Guess
I really love my third outfit: the shirt reminds me of a shirt worn by Mick Jagger during a photo shooting taken by Jean-Marie Périer in 1966. I decided to add a feminine touch to it by wearing a necklace and a pair of high heels. This is the perfect outfit for a sophisticated woman who loves vintage and androgynous style, and who follows the “less is more” philosophy.
Shirt-Dress: Jeckerson

Even if I am not blonde, tall, and with blue eyes, I had lot of fun, and I can still be the human version of Barbie Pellizzari. From time to time I like to go to Pellizzari and try different clothes (I really want to buy that shirt). Am I happy? I am. And a lot. I have even set the date for my unofficial launch day: May 11th 2016.
